Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely secure in your decision to shop with Sparccle. If a product does not align with your expectations, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy to ensure your experience is risk-free.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a refund, your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. To maintain our strict safety and hygiene standards:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Skincare or wellness products that have been heavily used, unsealed, or tampered with cannot be restocked and are ineligible for a refund.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during the return journey.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and ensure a replacement or full refund is processed at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return To start the process, please email us at support@sparccle.com with your order number and a brief note regarding the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and a Return Authorization number. Please note that except in cases of damaged goods, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed immediately and will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, etc.). While we initiate the transfer instantly, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
